The leadership team of a Central Iowa nonprofit wanted to increase its diversity in their teams but did not know how to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
Schabel Solutions worked with the CEO and leadership team and developed a strategy to attract and retain diverse talent and Schabel Solutions provided training to all leaders and employees on how to create a more inclusive workplace.
We conducted strategy sessions with the CEO and leadership team and identified obstacles and needed changes to their recruitment systems and model. We also provided training to all employees on how to insure their workplace culture is inclusive of talent of all backgrounds. Eight months after the strategy was implemented, the organization experienced a 10% increase in diverse workforce representation.
