Increased enrollment in online products and services by 15% in 6 months

A bank did not offer online banking products and services to older clients given staff’s perceptions and biases regarding the elderly’s ability to adopt new technology.

Schabel Solutions worked with the bank to create a customized workshop addressing unconscious bias.

We conducted a pilot workshop with the bank and were then asked to roll out the unconscious bias training to the entire organization – about 500 employees. Staff implementation of training learnings led to a 15% increase in enrollment in online banking products and services in 6 months.
